Yoga & Pilates, Meditation Print

I was very lucky on my trip to attend yoga and meditation classes in the most beautiful places on earth. This particular class was at Ashtari Yoga in Lombok and had the most beautiful view of the tropical jungle. It was an evening class, which made it even more special as we watched the sun go down from our mats. The sky was painted in shades of orange and pink, and the tranquility of the scene made the experience unforgettable. As I breathed deeply, surrounded by the peaceful sounds of nature, I felt an overwhelming sense of peace and connection to the world around me.
