Please read our sales policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below:

  1. Orders & Payment: All prices are listed in local currency. Payments are processed securely through our online checkout system. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
  2. Processing Times: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. Personalised or customised orders may take a little longer to prepare. During busy periods (such as Christmas or sale events), processing times may be slightly longer. 
  3. Shipping: We ship across the UK, Ireland, and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size. Orders shipped to the Republic of Ireland may take an extra few days to arrive, as all items are sent from Northern Ireland. Mauds Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs checks, or circumstances beyond our control.
  4. Returns & Exchanges: As a small business, we hope you love your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Personalised items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
  5. Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already begun processing your order and cannot guarantee a cancellation.
  6. Colours & Product Variations: Please note that colours may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor settings and the printing process. Each print is carefully produced and quality checked to ensure the highest standard before dispatch.
